Sensible House The Sensible House  earned a 5-Star rating from the regional Built Green™ program. This new construction project utilizes green building features to create the comforts, benefits, and amenities of a traditional home. Ted Granger Architect.
Luk Residence Remodel involved remodeling a home on Perkins Lane in Magnolia. This project was Built Green's first 5-Star Remodel. The project included adding solar panels, a rain water cistern and extensive use of salvaged materials. Grace Hung Architect.
Keller Keller Residence involved de-constructing an existing dwelling and building a new house in Shoreline. The new house includes a super insulated shell, extensive use of salvaged materials and FSC lumber, and a radiant heat system. It's expected this home will be a 5-Star Built Green project when completed. Velocipede Architects.
Winona Avenue Addition/Remodel involved building a 2nd floor, finishing off the basement and remodeling much of the main floor on this existing Green Lake residence. Design by the Soltner Group.
   
Wolf/Meyer Residence Remodel involved remodeling the entire house, finishing the basement and building new porch to this Wallingford residence. Rob Harrison Architect.
   
Schuelen Residence Addition involved building a 2nd floor addition and remodeling much of the remainder of the existing View Ridge home. Rob Harrison Architect.
Hansen Residence Kitchen Remodel involved an extensive remodel of the kitchen and two bathrooms for a chemically sensitive client in Medina. Rob Harrison Architect.
   
51st Ave NE Addition/Remodel involved building a full 2nd floor addition, partial 1st floor addition and remodeling the rest of the existing View Ridge home. Lane Williams Architect.
   
Fischer/Williams Residence New Construction involved building an 1800 SF house and garage from the ground up in Edmonds. Butch Reifert Architect.
   
Schell Gazebo involved building a custom cedar Gazebo for Paul and Pam Schell's home on South Whidbey Island. Design by Gordon Walker.
   
Angrik/Dwight Addition and Remodel involved a 2nd floor addition and remodel of the existing house on the top of Queen Anne. Butch Reifert Architect.
   
McCone Greenhouse involved building a custom Greenhouse at the McCone's residence in the Highlands. Steve Galey Architect.
   
Ryden Residence involved building a 2100 SF house from a 700 SF structure in the University District. Kevin Ryden Architect.
   
Sharpe Residence Sunroom involved building a Sunroom onto an existing West Seattle home. The Sunroom included the construction of an Endless Pool for swimming. Bill Witt Architect.
Lancaster Residence involved building a large roof addition onto an existing home in Woodway. Jane Hastings Architect.
Keith Cole Houseboat involved building a 2nd floor addition onto an existing houseboat on Lake Union. Lasse Jaakola Architect.
